When a review is reported, it is passed to our team for verification to ensure that both the review and the report are valid and meet the publication requirements. Depending on the reason for the report, a review process will be initiated during which documentation will be requested from the couples to verify whether a contractual agreement exists between both parties.
Once the couple provides this information, it will be carefully reviewed and a final decision will be made: either to publish the review or to discard it if it does not meet the established criteria. If no information is received from the couple, the review will be discarded.
