On desktop:
Go to your Hitched profile and select Wedding Passport.
On the Hitched app:
Tap the three dots at the bottom of the screen and select Wedding Passport.
If you can't see it, make sure you're logged in using the same email address and password you used when registering for the competition.
I requested information from a vendor but didn't receive a stamp. What should I do?
First, check that:
- You registered through the official Wedding Passport competition page.
- Your request was made between 2 September and 29 October 2026.
- You contacted the vendor through their Hitched listing.
- The vendor belongs to a category you haven't already used for another stamp.
Remember, contacting multiple vendors in the same category only earns one stamp.
Your stamp may take some time to appear. If it hasn't appeared after 24 hours, try clearing your browser cache and checking your Passport again.

I contacted several vendors in the same category. Why did I only receive one stamp?
Each stamp represents a different vendor category, not an individual vendor.
For example, contacting three photographers will only earn you one photography stamp.
To collect three stamps, you need to contact vendors from three different categories.
I contacted a vendor before 2 September 2026. Why didn't I receive a stamp?
Only requests made between 2 September and 29 October 2026 count towards the Wedding Passport competition.
Requests made before 2 September do not qualify.
I downloaded the app during the competition period. Why don't I have a Wedding Passport?
Downloading the Hitched app does not automatically register you for the competition.
You must register through the official Wedding Passport competition page to activate your Passport.
I've tried everything and still can't access my Passport. What should I do?
If you're still unable to access your Passport or your stamps are missing after 24 hours, please contact us.
Please include the email address you used to register so we can check your registration.
