If your business manages multiple storefronts, brands, venues, or service locations, you may be able to access them using a single login through a Multilogin account.
Multilogin lets you switch between linked storefronts without signing out and signing back in to each account.
Who can use a Multilogin account?
To set up Multilogin, your storefronts must meet the following requirements:
- Same legal entity: The storefronts must be registered under the same legal company name or legal entity.
- At least one paid storefront: At least one linked storefront must have an active paid (Premium) profile. You can't link storefronts if all profiles are free listings.
- Desktop access: You must use a desktop computer or web browser to access Multilogin configuration. This feature isn't available in the mobile app.
Your primary paid storefront acts as the main account for managing your linked storefronts.
How do I request a Multilogin account?
To request a Multilogin setup, follow these steps:
- Confirm that all storefronts you want to link are registered under the same legal company name or legal entity.
- Send an email request to Customer Support using the email address linked to your account.
- Include your primary company name and the names or CRM IDs of all storefronts you want to link.
- Once our team has configured Multilogin, you'll receive a password reset link to set up your main login credentials.
Can I manage multiple storefronts with one login?
Yes, if your storefronts meet the Multilogin eligibility requirements and our team has configured the account. You can then switch between your linked storefronts without logging out and back in.
Can I set up Multilogin from the mobile app?
No. Multilogin configuration must be accessed through a desktop computer or web browser.
Can I link storefronts if all my profiles are free listings?
No. At least one linked storefront must have an active paid (Premium) profile. The primary paid profile acts as the main account for your linked storefronts.
