Main storefront photo guidelines
For the best display across your storefront, follow these image guidelines:
- Aspect ratio: Use a 3:2 aspect ratio where possible, such as 720 × 480, 960 × 640 or 1020 × 680 pixels.
- Orientation: Landscape (horizontal) images are recommended.
- Composition: Keep the main subject near the centre of the image to reduce the risk of important details being cropped.
- Framing: Preview your main photo on your storefront after saving. You may need to adjust the crop to achieve the desired display.
Tools for resizing and cropping images
You can use free online tools such as Canva or BeFunky to resize and crop your photos before uploading them.
How to rearrange photos in your gallery
To help your changes save correctly, rearrange your photos one at a time:
- Move one photo to your preferred position.
- Click outside the photo to deselect it.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
- Repeat these steps for each additional photo you want to move.
