You can find a couple’s contact details directly in your vendor account when they send you an enquiry.
Viewing couples’ contact details is a Premium feature.
How to view a couple’s contact details
- Sign in to your vendor account.
- Go to Enquiries.
- Open the message from the couple whose details you want to view.
- Look at the panel on the right-hand side of the screen. The couple’s available contact details, including their phone number and email address, will appear there.
You can use these details to follow up with the couple about their enquiry.
Don’t see the contact details?
If you can’t see these details in your account, check your current advertising package to ensure you have a Premium account.
