How to report or dispute a review?

If you believe a review does not comply with the platform’s guidelines, you can request a review of the content.

When Should I Report a Review?

You can report a review if it:

  • Is not based on a real customer experience

  • Contains offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language

  • Includes personal data (such as phone numbers or email addresses)

  • Promotes another business or contains advertising content

  • Is unrelated to the service provided

How to Report a Review

  1. Log in to your vendor account.

  2. Go to your Reviews section.

  3. Find the review you want to report.

  4. Click the option to report or dispute the review.

  5. Follow the steps on screen to submit your request.

What Happens After You Report a Review?

When a review is reported, it passes to our team's control to verify that both the review and the report are valid and meet the requirements for publication.

The Verification & Review Process

  1. Initial Assessment: The review and report are assessed by the relevant team.

  2. Requesting Documentation: Depending on the reason for the report, a verification process will be opened. We will request documentation from the couple to verify whether a valid contractual agreement existed between both parties.

  3. Evaluation: Once the couple provides this information, it will be carefully reviewed before a final decision is made.

    • If the couple provides valid proof: The review will remain published.

    • If the couple fails to provide information: The review will be discarded and removed.

    • If we confirm the review violates guidelines: We will remove the review from your vendor storefront.

Important Notes

  • Strict Criteria: Not all reported reviews will be removed. Reviews are only removed if they fail to meet our platform guidelines or publication criteria.

  • Feedback: You may not receive detailed feedback regarding the outcome of your request.
