Who Can Respond to Reviews?
The ability to reply to reviews is an exclusive feature available only to Premium subscribers.
If you are currently using a Free (Lite) plan, you will not see the reply option in your dashboard. To unlock review responses and explore our available Premium plans, check your account settings or reach out to our support team via chat for assistance.
How to Respond to a Review
Log in to your vendor dashboard.
Navigate to your Management Menu and select Reviews.
Locate the specific review you want to address.
Click the Respond button located in the lower-right corner of the review card.
Write your message and submit it.
What happens next? All submitted responses are reviewed by our moderation team to ensure they comply with platform guidelines. Once approved, your response will be published on your vitrine alongside the review, and we will notify you as soon as it goes live!
