Once a review has been published, the content cannot be edited directly. If a couple or client wants to correct their review, add information, or add photos, they need to request that the existing review be removed and then submit a new review.
What should the couple do?
- Change the review content or add photos. They should email us from the email address linked to their account and request that their current review be removed. Once it has been deleted, they can submit a new review with the updated content and photos.
- Change only the star rating. The rating can be updated without deleting the review. They should email us with the company name and the new rating they would like to provide.
- Make corrections before submitting a new review. We recommend checking the review content, spelling, rating, and photos before submitting it.
As a vendor: If a couple or client asks you how to change their review, direct them to contact us using the email address linked to their account.
