You can manage or unlink connected profiles directly from your profile settings.
Unlinking connected profiles
- Open your Profile settings.
- Go to Settings > Account Settings > Linked Accounts.
- Select the option to unlink the profiles you want to unlink.
Before unlinking, check which information belongs to each profile, as disconnecting them may change what you see in the shared account.
What to do if the unlinking option isn't available
If you can't find or select the unlinking option, contact us and provide the email addresses connected to both profiles.
