Your account type determines which storefront features you can use and how your business can appear in search results.
Lite account
A Lite account includes the basic storefront features. Some features are limited or unavailable.
With a Lite account:
- You can have one main photo.
- You cannot add videos.
- You cannot add social media profiles.
- You cannot create promotions.
- You cannot reply to reviews.
- You cannot directly edit your business description.
- Your business does not have access to couple contact information.
- Changes to your business name or address must be requested through our team.
Your business description must still meet our content requirements before it can be published or updated.
Premium account
Premium accounts include additional storefront and business features, depending on the package.
Premium features can include but are not limited to:
- Access to couple contact information.
- The ability to reply to reviews.
- More photos and videos.
- The ability to edit and update your business description.
- Promotions.
- Access to Campus training and business resources.
- Increased visibility in search results depending on your Premium package.
- Additional features included in specific packages.
Premium visibility
Premium packages can have different search visibility.
Depending on your package, your business may appear as:
- Premium Gold, with a higher search position.
- Premium Silver, with a different Premium search position.
- Premium, with Premium visibility.
- Elite or Advance, which can include additional visibility features and other benefits included in the package.
The exact features available to you depend on the Premium package associated with your contract.
