Storefront listings and visibility rules

You can create storefront listings for different business locations or service categories, provided they meet the applicable listing requirements. Some businesses may also qualify for additional regional or category visibility through mirroring.

Multiple storefront listings

Venues

  • One listing per venue space: Each unique venue space can have one storefront listing within its venue category, even if different businesses manage the space.
  • Multiple venue spaces: Businesses managing multiple distinct venue spaces may have a separate listing for each space.
  • Changing categories: If you have one venue listing, you can request a change to its main category. Appearing in additional venue categories may be possible through mirroring, subject to eligibility requirements.
  • Shared spaces: The same physical venue space cannot have multiple storefront listings, even if managed by different businesses.

Suppliers and retailers

  • Multiple service categories: Businesses offering different services may qualify for separate storefront listings for each service category.
  • Multiple locations: You can request separate listings for different regions or provinces if your business has a verified physical location at each address. The full address must be publicly available on your business website or social media. Listing only a city or region is not sufficient.
  • Moving to a new location: If your business moves and does not maintain an additional physical branch, you can request an update to the location of your existing storefront.
  • Franchises: Separate franchise locations within the same region may qualify for individual storefront listings, subject to verification.
  • Photography and videography businesses: Businesses offering both photography and videography services may have separate storefront listings in each category, even if both listings share the same contact details or company name. No additional documentation is required.
  • Music, bands and DJs: Free listings are limited to one storefront profile, even if you offer multiple musical services. Separate listings for different musical projects may require an upgraded account.
  • Different countries: Businesses requesting listings in multiple countries must have a verified physical address in each country.

Additional visibility through mirroring

Mirroring allows eligible storefronts to appear in additional regional or category search results without creating duplicate listings.

Mirroring is available for eligible upgraded vendor listings, subject to the following rules:

  • Venues: Mirroring may be available for relevant secondary venue categories, but not across different geographic provinces. Venues located within 15 km of a regional boundary may qualify for visibility in the adjacent region.
  • Suppliers and retailers: Eligible businesses may qualify for additional visibility in other regions. Mirroring cannot be used to display one storefront in multiple service categories. Separate service categories require separate storefront listings.
