Campaigns can include Home Page campaigns and Newsletter campaigns.
Home Page campaigns
A Home Page campaign can feature your business for approximately 30 days.
Your business may appear in a featured section of the website when couples search for categories related to your business.
Home Page visibility is not the same as appearing at the top of search results.
The businesses shown can also depend on the region relevant to the couple's recent searches.
For example, if your business is based in Cardiff but a couple is browsing wedding businesses in Manchester, the featured businesses shown to that couple may be businesses relevant to Manchester rather than Cardiff.
Newsletter campaigns
Newsletter campaigns feature businesses in communications sent to couples.
Depending on the campaign, a Newsletter placement may feature:
- An active promotion.
- Other featured business content.
If the campaign requires a promotion, your business must have an active promotion available.
Newsletter campaigns are scheduled according to available placements.
Do campaigns always require a promotion?
No.
A Home Page campaign does not need to be linked to a promotion.
Some Newsletter campaigns do require an active promotion. If you do not have one, you may need to create a promotion before the campaign can be used.
If your campaign has been scheduled, you will receive information about the planned campaign dates.
