Confirm a service
When you have agreed to provide your service to the couple, you can confirm the service through the relevant booking or enquiry form.
The platform keeps a record of when your business confirms the service.
If you are unable to approve a booking form yourself, you can authorise our team to approve it on your behalf.
If you don't recognise the couple
If you receive a request from a couple you do not recognise, you can indicate that you do not know the user.
The couple will then receive an email asking them to provide additional information so you can identify them.
We recommend asking couples to provide their first and last name so you can identify them and match their request to your records.
