What types of promotions can I create?
The promotions available to you may depend on your subscription package and business category. There are two main types of promotions:
Special Offers: Use these to highlight percentage discounts, flat-rate savings, seasonal packages or limited-time value-adds (e.g., a free upgrade or complimentary service).
Late Availability promotions: Use these to fill last-minute calendar gaps, target short-engagement couples or highlight immediate openings for upcoming dates.
Tips for high-converting promotions
When setting up a promotion, make sure the details are easy for couples to understand.
Explain the offer: State exactly what is included, such as the discount amount or additional service.
Include any restrictions: Clearly specify expiry dates, excluded dates, eligibility requirements, or booking conditions where applicable.
Use clear language: Keep the description concise and easy to understand, especially for couples browsing on mobile devices.
Make sure the offer is accurate: Ensure the promotion reflects what your business can provide and that you can honour its stated terms.
